Arvato in Kronstorf, Austria is seeking an Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to be a key contact for employees, customers and internal teams. You will help ensure administrative and operational processes run reliably and support effective site communications.

You will contribute to continuous development of operations, onboarding, training, access management, documentation and reporting, while identifying issues and driving improvements in daily site operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, administration, operations support, HR support, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus

As an Operations Coordinator (m/f/d), you will be an important point of contact for employees, customers, and various internal teams. Additional Information

The starting salary for this position is €3,000.00 gross per month. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to offer a higher salary.
