You will prepare employment contracts and communications, maintain personnel records, and handle HR inquiries via ServiceNow, leveraging Workday and Concur.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant administrative or HR experience.
• Experience supporting payroll inputs and employee lifecycle processes
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday would be an advantage
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work

• Supporting monthly payroll and benefits administration
