Zusammenfassung

Arvato is seeking an Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to support daily site operations and coordinate communication across teams. You will assist with customer inquiries, onboarding, training, and data management to keep operations efficient and compliant.

Fluent English is required, German is a plus. The starting salary is €3,000.00 gross per month, with potential for higher compensation based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, administration, operations support, HR support, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and communicational skills.
• Service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Support daily site operations and coordinate communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Handle customer inquiries and status updates professionally and efficiently.
• Manage workforce and training systems for Operations, ensuring accurate data and reporting.
• Support onboarding, training, access management, and other employee-related processes.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation to support smooth operations and compliance.
• Identify and help resolve operational or administrative issues in a timely manner.
• Support process improvements and contribute to efficient site operations
