Arvato in Austria is seeking a Team Lead Data Centre (m/f/d) to coordinate and guide a team of Data Centre Associates in day-to-day operations and incidents. You bring a strong technical background, willingness to lead, and fluent German and English; you will collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure safety, quality and SLAs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in logistics, technical operations management, warehouse operations or a data centre environment.
• First leadership experience or team coordination preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of data centres and IT infrastructure.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and support the team in day-to-day data centre operations.
• Manage provision, movement and availability of materials, hardware and infrastructure components.
• Support installation, cabling, rack integration and hardware deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, operational and service-level standards.
• Act as first point of contact for operational topics, incident escalations and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal technical stakeholders.
• Support technical documentation, reporting, inventory management and asset tracking.
