Arvato seeks a Supervisor Data Centre (m/f/d) in Kronstorf to lead the on-site technical team and ensure smooth daily operations, safety and elevated service quality. You will drive continuous improvement of processes while maintaining strong customer relationships in a fast-paced IT environment.

You will oversee shift planning, resource allocation and performance KPIs, ensuring high data centre availability and compliance with safety standards. Excellent German and English are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership in tech operations and team development.
• Experience in data centres or similar environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent German and English written and spoken skills.
• Fluent use of IT tools, including MS Office.
