Zusammenfassung

Matchtech Group seeks a Commercial Manager for a large-scale programme based primarily onsite in Linz, Austria. You will provide day-to-day commercial support to the onsite delivery team and assist with contract administration, change tracking and variations.

The role requires experience in construction or major project delivery, with NEC contract knowledge preferred. It also involves procurement, cost control, and robust stakeholder management, including a structured 10/4 rotation from the UK,

Qualifikationen

• Experience in commercial management within construction, engineering or major project delivery.
• Experience in contract administration and change control.
• Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts preferred, otherwise strong contract administration experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day commercial support to onsite delivery teams.
• Support contract administration, notices, change tracking and variations.
• Assist with assessments and commercial positioning for compensation events and contract changes.
• Support procurement activities, tender comparisons, scope clarifications and orders.
• Manage subcontractor valuations, payment processing, variation agreements and final accounts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports, forecasts and cost-to-complete updates.
• Maintain risk and opportunity registers and governance records for commercial recovery.
• Collaborate with planning and site teams to align valuations and earned value reporting.
