The role requires German and English fluency, 3+ years in sales/PM, and willingness to travel 20–30%.

Qualifications

• University or polytechnic degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years in Sales, Project Management, or similar commercial function.
• Fluency in German and English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%).

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial sales strategies with technical teams.
• Prepare winning strategies and bids, including competitor analysis.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial bids with customers.
• Contract management with customers, suppliers and partners.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the team in India to identify opportunities and drive innovations.
• Commercial execution of projects including change orders and claims.
• Risk and opportunity management with the technical team; ensure quality in execution.
• Project reporting in reviews and meetings; coordinate multi-location teams.
• Handle all commercial/financial issues with relevant departments.
