Qualifikationen

• Fluent in German for on-site communication and document reading.
• Basic English reading/writing preferred.
• Mandarin Chinese preferred.

Aufgaben

• Verify incoming materials for packaging damage, quantity discrepancies, and part defects; coordinate with Magna's logistics team and report anomalies.
• Collect and organize on-site rework part requests; validate part information and priority levels; manage full flow from receipt to issuance for production rework.
• Coordinate regular physical inventory counts of materials, tooling, and equipment; reconcile actual vs. system data and adjust records to maintain accuracy.
• Operate Magna and XPeng logistics management systems; record receiving, inventory, and rework data; support on-site logistics process improvements.
