Zusammenfassung

XPENG is hiring a Quality Inspector for our European operations. The role focuses on incoming inspection, quick containment of issues, and close collaboration with SQE teams to drive root-cause analysis and preventive actions.

The candidate should be proficient in sorting, rework/repair, and disassembly, with exposure to electrical checks. Fluency in German/Chinese or English/Chinese is preferred for working communication.

Jobbeschreibung

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct incoming inspection for the European plant, including sorting,rework/repair, and disposition of nonconforming materials.

2. Respond quickly to in-line/vehicle-level incoming material issues reported by the European plant: confirm issues on site, record information, perform initial analysis, communicate with line leaders, and implement interim containment actions.

3. Support SQE in disassembly, rework/repair, and root-cause analysis of nonconforming parts.

4. Compile and summarize statistics on incoming issues, plant quality issues, and labor hours; maintain efficient communication and collaboration with SQE.

Qualifications

1. Experience in incoming inspection and on-site quality issue handling; able to perform inspections according to specifications.

2. Basic quality control mindset; familiar with QC tools; understands 8D principles and can effectively handle the first 3D activities (initial containment/response).

3. Proficient in part sorting, rework/repair, and disassembly; experience with electrical continuity checks and wiring-harness/terminal fault inspection and repair is a plus.

4. Strong communication and coordination skills; able to use either German + Chinese or English + Chinese as working languages (spoken communication required).
