Zusammenfassung

XPENG is seeking a seasoned Supplier Quality Manager to lead on-site containment and resolution of KD vehicle parts issues across European plants. You will coordinate with European teams, drive root-cause improvements through the Chinese SQE team, and guide APQP for European suppliers while ensuring PV/PPAP approvals.

Role requires 5+ years in supplier quality, fluency in German/Chinese or English/Chinese, and strong knowledge of IATF 16949/VDA 6.3.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supplier quality management.
• Strong knowledge of APQP development process for new vehicle programs; process management and control points.
• Familiar with IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3; experienced in supplier quality system audits.
• Proficient in QC tools; skilled in 8D problem-solving and 5-Why analysis.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; working languages German + Chinese or English + Chinese.

Aufgaben

• Lead on-site containment and resolution of quality issues for KD vehicle parts at European plants; coordinate with European plants and manage the IQC team’s on-site operations.
• Serve as the key interface for quality issues related to KD models in European plants; drive supplier root-cause improvement through the Chinese SQE team.
• Support pre-selection and nomination of localized suppliers in Europe.
• Lead APQP for localized European suppliers’ parts, including PV validation and PPAP approval.
• Improve mass-production quality management for European suppliers, ensuring part consistency and process stability.
• Drive corrective actions for aftersales/warranty quality issues with localized European suppliers.
