Zusammenfassung

XPENG is seeking a skilled rework technician for its Graz site. You will handle rework on vehicles on the final assembly line, addressing both mechanical and electrical issues, and verify results to meet delivery schedules.

You will record rework details and repair outcomes in Magna and XPeng systems, updating vehicle status in real time. Opportunities exist to support engineers and other stations as needed and to work within a safety‑driven, 5S‑compliant environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of rework or assembly experience in automotive final assembly
• Fluent in German (read work instructions, on-site communication); basic English; Mandarin preferred

Aufgaben

• Perform rework on vehicles on the final assembly line addressing mechanical and electrical faults
• Enter rework details, fault causes and repair outcomes into Magna and XPeng systems; update vehicle status in real time
• Follow work instructions and safety regulations; inspect and maintain rework tools and keep 5S on site
• Support quality and process engineers in reproduction, verification and troubleshooting; assist assembly and debugging stations as needed
