XPENG is seeking an experienced professional to implement incoming inspection standards at contract manufacturers and to manage related QC activities across complete vehicles and XP proprietary parts. The role requires coordinating with multiple bases and suppliers to ensure timely corrective actions and closed-loop documentation.

Job requirements

• Solid knowledge of NEV component structures and incoming inspection standards; proficient in basic metrology tools and QC processes.
• Meticulous quality mindset with foundational skills in data analysis and risk identification.
• Strong principled approach and execution capability; willing to undertake long-term overseas assignments and shift-based inspection duties.
• Proficient English as a working language.
• Prior experience in incoming quality control or complete vehicle disassembly/rework is highly preferred.
