Matchtech is seeking a Compliance Administrator (Data Centre Construction) to support the on-site compliance function in Linz, Austria for a six-month fixed-term contract. You will help ensure site operations and the supply chain stay compliant with domestic and international requirements, including right to work, immigration, labour law, tax, and social security.

Key duties include booking site inductions, verifying right-to-work documentation, supporting site audits, elevating compliance

Qualifikationen

• Experience in compliance administration or closely related field.
• Strong organisation skills and ability to manage sensitive documentation.
• Exposure to international workforce documentation and risk mitigation (ideal).

Aufgaben

• Book and coordinate site inductions for workers and supply chain.
• Monitor and verify right-to-work documentation and compliance records.
• Support site audits and gather/prepare evidence and documentation.
• Identify and elevate compliance risks to the Head of Compliance.
• Support the rollout of policies, processes and procedures across multiple European sites.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisers as required.
