Matchtech is seeking a Project Coordinator for an on-site role in Linz, Austria. This full-time position focuses on site office coordination, document control and onboarding compliance within a live data centre deployment environment. Local hire only, six-month fixed-term.

You will support meetings, EDMS management, and stakeholder communications, ensuring accurate submittals and timely reporting. A minimum of two years in similar roles and fluency in English are required.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a similar project coordination / site admin / document control role.
• Experience in construction or data centre environments is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English with good attention to detail.

• Run day-to-day site office administration, including meetings, calendars, visitor access, room bookings and communications.
• Manage document control processes, EDMS indexing, version control and reporting.
• Handle technical document submittals and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Support compliance and onboarding activities, inductions and access/time systems.
• Assist travel and accommodation trackers and basic project reporting.
• Support sustainability initiatives and cover absences.

A specialist provider supporting major data centre construction and ICT deployment projects across Europe is hiring a Project Coordinator to support smooth site operations. You will cover site office coordination, document control, and compliance/onboarding administration, working closely with project stakeholders on a live construction environment.

Key duties

• Run day-to-day site office admin - meetings, calendars, visitor access, room bookings, comms, supplies
• Document control - EDMS management, indexing, version control, access permissions, distribution and reporting
• Manage technical document submittals via client platforms and keep stakeholders updated on status
• Support compliance and onboarding - inductions, starter packs, documentation tracking, access/time systems
• Support travel/accommodation trackers and basic project admin reporting
• Assist with sustainability initiatives and provide cover during absences

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years in a similar project coordination / site admin / document control role (construction or data centre ideal)
• Confident with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and EDMS
• Strong organisation, accuracy, and ability to manage priorities under pressure
• Clear written and spoken English
• Understanding of site workflows and compliance is a strong advantage

Location requirement: Must already be based within commuting distance of Linz (local hire only).
