Qualifications

• Experience in ocean freight forwarding, with pricing, operations or product responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of FCL/LCL shipments and carrier structures.
• Commercial focus on profitability, service quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive quotations for FCL and LCL shipments, ensuring pricing viability.
• Support spot quotations, tenders and key account opportunities with Sales.
• Monitor rates, charges, market conditions and carrier availability for competitiveness.
• Coordinate shipments end-to-end with lines, carriers, and service providers.
• Ensure accurate documentation, data and timely invoicing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements and transitions to execution.
