Job summary

ProChema GmbH in Austria is seeking a logistics coordinator to negotiate costs and schedules for freight, warehousing, and customs with our logistics partners, driving efficient, reliable cross-border operations.

You will manage customer orders from placement to overseas delivery, monitor lead times, inform stakeholders, oversee inventory, scheduling of inbound/outbound movements, and handle documentation (BLs, CMRs). Fluent English is required; other languages are welcome.

Qualifications

• Forwarding agent qualification or 3+ years in logistics.
• Experience in transport, warehouse logistics, freight, and customs.
• English fluency required; other languages welcome.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to learn ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate costs and schedules for freight, warehousing and customs with logistics partners.
• Handle customer orders from manufacturing to overseas delivery, tracking lead times.
• Inform product management about logistics market developments and assist with offers.
• Monitor inventory and schedule inbound/outbound movements across Europe.
• Process supply chain documents (BLs, CMRs, etc.).
