Kontron Transportation is seeking an experienced professional to define and execute the NPI strategy for MCX solutions, coordinating readiness across products and third-party components to ensure smooth deployments in customer environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Management, R&D, and Operations to address gaps, drive installation and configuration, and support market adoption. A degree in a technical field and several years in related roles are required.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the NPI strategy and plan aligned with roadmaps and milestones.
• Lead end-to-end introduction of Kontron's MCX solution and OAM capabilities across products and subsystems.
• Define readiness criteria and milestones for product maturity, deployment, and training.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and engineering to resolve gaps before/during customer intro.
• Drive deployment, installation, configuration, migration, upgrades, and support processes.
• Coordinate first deployments, pilots, and early market introductions with Services and Operations teams.
• Support commercial readiness, pricing, valu prop development, and market adoption.
• Monitor execution and readiness with KPIs and customer feedback.
