Zusammenfassung

INNIO is seeking a Technical Service Product Expert to drive service readiness for containerized solutions during the NPI lifecycle. You will serve as the single point of contact between the NPI team and the service organization to ensure service readiness, lifecycle management, and clear communication flow.

The role requires strong engineering background and proven experience in operations or services, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and PM skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience driving service readiness for complex products.
• Ability to deliver results while managing multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Drive and ensure service readiness for product platforms during the NPI process.
• Own all service deliverables and act as service approver for NPI projects.
• Act as global service representative in NPI projects and collaborate with relevant functions.
• Enable rapid information sharing to global service teams for operational excellence.
• Develop Entry into Service (EIS) strategies for new derivatives, including maintenance plans and trainings.
• Participate in technical reviews and present KPIs to senior management.
• Proactively participate in planning cycles to capture and execute service requirements.
• Monitor the KPI Dashboard.
