Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Network Transformation Project Manager to drive planning, coordination and execution of network transition activities across distribution, transportation, and supply chain functions. The role requires coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring timely delivery in a complex, matrix environment.

Ideally you have 5–8 years in transformation programs, strong stakeholder management, and fluent English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, project management, or transformation programs.
• Experience leading complex, high-visibility programs with multiple interdependent workstreams.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of network transition projects across distribution, transportation, and supply chain functions.
• Manage multiple complex, interrelated network transition sub-projects in parallel, maintaining focus on deliverables and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and governance documentation.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness of operational, systems, infrastructure, and 3PL-related activities.
• Support site transitional activities including cutover planning, stabilization, and governance.
• Ensure transitions align with standards and future-state objectives.
• Facilitate alignment and decision visibility across Operations, IT, Digital, Procurement, Partner Management, and regional teams.
• Prepare reporting for governance forums and document best practices for future deployments.
