• Manage multiple interrelated sub-projects, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop detailed project plans, trackers, and governance documentation to support FPX-driven transformations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness of systems, processes, and 3PL activities.
