Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation, or related field.
• Experience with complex equipment and technical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and perform machine setup/adjustments.
• Strong teamwork in an international, multilingual environment.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with SUVA safety regulations and HSE standards during interventions.
• Act as technical reference for the area and lead complex breakdowns without direct hierarchical authority.
• Ensure equipment reliability via troubleshooting, RCA, and corrective actions.
• Optimize preventive and condition-based maintenance, define N1/N2/N3 scope and standards, follow up on inspection actions.
• Coach and support technicians, transfer knowledge, and develop autonomy while following standards.
