PRADA Vienna is seeking a Made to Measure Specialist (m/f/d) to manage the full MTM sales and service cycle, delivering a personalized luxury shopping experience. You will collaborate with leadership to grow MTM business and maintain exceptional client relationships across German- and English-speaking clientele.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of similar role in (luxury) retail.
• Strong experience in client development and clienteling performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-centric and service-oriented mindset and ability to build relationships easily.
• Experience in transversal management requiring agility, adaptability, and strong team support capabilities.
• Strong observation, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Fluent spoken German and English expected.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional service by utilizing knowledge of MTM processes, RTW products, brand DNA, and the Prada Client Journey.
• Collaborate with store leadership and the team to maintain regular client contact, generate referrals, and support business growth.
• Partner with the MTM Regional Manager on product updates, training, client development, and business strategies.
• Work with management and the CRM team on prospects, leveraging networking and local events to source new customers and build the MTM network.
• Responsible for achieving personal MTM sales goals, contributing to overall store MTM targets, and meeting KPIs.
• Support colleagues with MTM processes and selling ceremonies whenever opportunities arise.
• Handle the complete client service cycle, including appointment booking, orders, fittings, and follow‑ups based on customer requirements.
• Represent the brand as an ambassador during MTM events, helping organize, host, and execute client activities.
