Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in a similar luxury retail role.
• Fluent German and English in speech.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional service using MTM knowledge, product DNA, and the client journey.
• Collaborate with store leadership to maintain client contact, referrals, and growth.
• Work with MTM Regional Manager on product updates, training, and client development.
• Partner with CRM to source new clients and expand MTM network.
• Achieve personal MTM sales goals and contribute to store KPIs.
• Support colleagues with MTM processes and selling ceremonies.
• Handle appointment bookings, orders, fittings and follow-ups.
