Roche is seeking a motivated MSAT Process Engineering intern to support production operations in Rotkreuz, Switzerland. You will assist production operators on the shopfloor, troubleshoot MES, and help drive quality and process improvements under GMP guidelines.

Ideal candidates are Bachelor/Master students in life sciences or related fields, with strong English and German skills and a hands-on, collaborative mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in life sciences, chemistry, process engineering, biotechnology, applied informatics, or related field.
• Proactive, team-oriented problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Provide shopfloor support to production operators and act as SME on the line.
• Troubleshoot MES system incidents and quality issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead investigations, root cause analyses, and coordinate corrective actions (IRM).
• Create and manage GMP/GxP-compliant documents and change requests.
• Document knowledge in internal Wiki and ensure easy access for operations.
