To ensure smooth shopfloor execution, this position places you right at the heart of daily manufacturing and real-time MES troubleshooting. We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team in **Rotkreuz, Switzerland.** In this role, you will be right at the heart of our daily manufacturing operations (Shopfloor). You will support production operators, solve real-time exceptions within our Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and handle deviations to secure the safe release and acceptance of produced batches. **The Opportunity** As an MSAT intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the medical device industry by contributing directly to shopfloor operations and operational engineering. Your work will directly impact our ability to produce life-saving diagnostic systems. Your responsibilities will include:* **Operational & Shopfloor Support:** Acting as an intermediate support contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for production operators directly on the line.* **MES Troubleshooting:** Investigating and solving technical exceptions, system errors, and quality issues within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to minimize downtime.* **Improvement & Resolution Management (IRM):** Managing detected or potential quality events with the primary goal of ensuring product safety and efficacy. Leading investigations, performing root cause analyses, and coordinating corrective actions.* **Document & Change Management:** Creating and managing GxP-compliant documents (manufacturing / QC process documentation, work instructions).
