Job summary

DHL Air Austria GmbH is seeking a dedicated MOC Planner to oversee maintenance planning and airworthiness of the B767 fleet. You will coordinate with CAMO, OCC, and external MROs to ensure timely, safe maintenance and swift resolution of defects.

You will act as SPOC for flight crews on technical issues, manage MEL/defect processes, and support AOG response with efficient planning and documentation. Vienna-based role with shift work and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a comparable position.
• Preferable EASA B1/B2 or A license with B767 rating or MOC/MCC experience.
• Strong English and communication skills; able to work autonomously and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee maintenance requirements to ensure airworthiness of the DHA fleet.
• Coordinate with MROs, Part 145 organizations and DHA OCC for technical solutions.
• Act as SPOC for DHL Austria flight crews on technical defects to ensure safe operations.
