Job summary

DHL Air Austria GmbH is seeking an experienced CAMO engineer to oversee the airworthiness of the DHL Austria B767 fleet, ensuring regulatory compliance with EASA and Austro Control. You will plan maintenance around flight schedules, coordinate with Part 145 providers, and act as SPOC for flight crews on technical issues to ensure on-time departures.

Role requires 5 years in aviation, an EASA B1/B2 or A license with B767 rating preferred, and strong IT tool knowledge including TRAX, AMOS, AIMS

Qualifications

5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a comparable CAMO/maintenance role.
Preferable EASA B1 or B2 or A license with B767 type rating or MOC/MCC experience.
Proficient in English and able to communicate across teams and with flight crews.
Strong understanding of AR, MEL, and continuing airworthiness documentation (EASA/Austro Control).
Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and in shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

Active CAMO authority during shifts to ensure airworthiness of the DHA fleet.
Plan and coordinate all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance per flight schedule.
Coordinate with Part 145 organizations for unscheduled maintenance.
Serve as SPOC for DHA flight crews handling technical defects to ensure safe operations.
Manage MEL and non-MEL defects with MEL-Control Board coordination.
Prepare work packs and liaise with MROs for planning feasibility.
Ensure on-time departures with serviceable aircraft and support AOG responses.
Maintain MIS with defects, WO status and parts booking updates.
