Zusammenfassung

FRANK-PTI GmbH is seeking a Field Service Technician (m/f/d) to install, calibrate and service laboratory testing instruments. You will travel in Austria and across Europe to customers, perform commissioning, maintenance and fault analysis, and document results in detailed service reports.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical vocational training in electronics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or industrial mechanics.
• Experience in field service with complex instruments or machinery.
• Interest in calibration and measurement with traceable documentation.
• Ability to read circuit and wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
• Willingness to travel within Austria and Europe, with valid Category B licence.
• German fluency; English for technical communication.

Aufgaben

• Install, commission, and test FRANK-PTI instruments at customer sites.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and remote troubleshooting via Teams.
• Prepare service reports, testing records, and spare parts documentation.
• Provide calibration services and document results.
• Instruct and train users on operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide technical feedback to Development and Product Management.
• Support Sales with technical questions on applications, parts, and modifications.
• Plan travel and service assignments in Austria and Europe with Service Coordination.
