Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education.
• Minimum of two years of working experience as a technician.
• Experience in operating mechanical and/or electronic equipment.
• Excellent oral and written command of English.
• Knowledge of other official IAEA languages is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal seals and field verifiable passive seals in accordance with guidelines.
• Provide ad-hoc assistance to mechanics as required.
• Fabricate seals: sourcing materials, assembling components, engraving, cleaning, QC, packing for delivery to Vienna International Centre.
• Perform field verifiable seals work and ensure precise fabrication with laser engraving programmes.
