Lam Research in Austria is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor to lead a team focused on the design, testing, and continual improvement of mechanical systems for new and existing products. You will coordinate with Global Product Support and Product Management, drive engineering changes, and deliver high-quality solutions with close cross-functional collaboration.

You will mentor engineers, oversee design activities, and balance day-to-day support with longer-term improvement initiatives

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or equivalent is required with 2-4 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong engineering professional with mechanical engineering background.
• Team-oriented with ability to guide and support engineers across functions.

• Lead and guide a mechanical engineering function focused on design, testing and support.
• Provide design supervision to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Coordinate with Global Product Support and Product Management.
• Drive continuous improvement of products, processes, and workflows.
• Oversee design activities and ensure proper documentation.
• Mentor engineers and develop a strong engineering team.
• Coordinate issues, escalations, and improvement actions across functions.
• Align on product requirements and field feedback with stakeholders.
