The role requires 6+ years in engineering with leadership experience and strong CAD proficiency, plus English fluency; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant engineering experience, including experience in concept development and concept testing.
• 3+ years of proven leadership experience as a people manager, team lead or technical lead.
• Strong mechanical design background (metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics, coatings) and 3D CAD experience (Siemens NX, Creo, SolidWorks or similar).
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
