Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Relevant engineering experience in mechanical design, or concept engineering with 2+ years of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to independently drive technical investigations and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

Aufgaben

• Drive innovative mechanical development projects during the concept and feasibility phases, focusing on novel technologies for future semiconductor applications.
• Develop and evaluate engineering concepts, applying problem-solving skills to transform ideas into viable solutions.
• Prepare and present technical reports, analyses, and design review presentations to communicate design intent and validation outcomes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
