Lam Research Salzburg GmbH is seeking a Systems Design/Architecture Manager in Villach, Austria. You will direct a team of systems engineers responsible for architecture, requirements, integration, and cross-functional collaboration to meet semiconductor equipment design goals.

You will lead performance management, program planning, and resource allocation, while ensuring system-level deliverables and technical excellence across multiple programs in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD in Systems/Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience including complex multidisciplinary product or system development
• Proven leadership experience as a people manager, with 4–6 years leading/ developing engineering teams
• Strong understanding of product development processes: requirements, architecture, interface management, design reviews, risk management, verification, validation, reliability, product release

Aufgaben

• Directs activities of a staff integrating hardware and/or software/framework, systems and/or product design functions
• Prepares and presents reports on project outcomes and recommends actions
• Builds and develops Systems Engineers for architecture, requirements, interfaces, risk management and deliverables
• Manage team performance, workforce planning, and resource allocation
• Ensure system-level engineering deliverables (specs, FMEAs, reliability models, risk analyses, verification strategies) are delivered
