Job summary

Eversports, Vienna-based, is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager (AI & Automation) to design and maintain AI-driven automations for the marketing team. You will implement AI workflows, integrate Claude with the stack via n8n, and own the tools from development to operation.

You will collaborate with RevOps and central AI teams, improve CRM automations, and optimize website-related automation. English fluency is required and previous marketing or startup experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing ops, automation, or similar roles.
• Built tools used by others using no-code/low-code platforms.
• Experience with CRM automation and AI tools like Claude.

Responsibilities

• Build AI tools and workflows to reduce repetitive work for marketing teams.
• Connect Claude with the stack using n8n and other automation tools.
• Own and maintain the tools, fix issues, and iterate improvements.
• Automate lead and customer follow-ups in CRM with RevOps.
