Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and/or APIs.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and data mindset.
• Fluent in English and German communication (B2).

Aufgaben

• Identify processes that can be improved through AI, automation, and technology.
• Build AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools.
• Use AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms to solve problems independently.
• Collaborate with CEO and CMO on strategic and cross-functional projects.
• Support executive workflows and prepare analyses and documents.
