Veeva Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced European Strategy lead to shape how batch-disposition and release are understood and adopted across customers, partners, and Veeva teams.

You will translate complex manufacturing and quality processes into practical software, services, and field strategies, engaging senior stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives across ERP and quality systems.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in life sciences manufacturing, quality, or related enterprise software.
• Direct working knowledge of batch disposition and regulated manufacturing evidence.
• Experience translating manufacturing processes into customer-facing software consulting or transformation.
• Senior customer-facing experience in strategy, solution consulting, implementation advisory, enterprise software, or management consulting.
• Ability to travel within Europe and occasionally globally for customer meetings, internal workshops, and industry events.

• Act as the European domain lead, helping Sales, Strategy, Solution Consulting, Services, Product, Marketing, and partners understand how quality, manufacturing, laboratory, document, and ERP processes come together in release.
• Turn customer, partner, and market learning into clear product, services, implementation, and field recommendations.
• Build reusable European enablement, including discovery guides, stakeholder maps, account-entry plays, and positioning across ERP, manufacturing execution, laboratory, quality, and document systems.
• Develop relationships with systems integrators, consultancies, advisory partners, and industry organizations, and represent Veeva in customer meetings, executive discussions, webinars, and industry events

The Role

Veeva Batch Release helps life sciences companies modernize the decision to release a batch by connecting the quality, manufacturing, laboratory, document, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) information needed for disposition. In this European Strategy role, you will work with customers, partners, and Veeva teams to shape how the market understands and adopts the application. This is a highly customer-facing role for someone who combines regulated-manufacturing knowledge with experience turning complex processes into practical software, services, and field strategies.

• Lead strategic discovery with European life sciences customers to understand their batch-disposition process, systems landscape, release bottlenecks, stakeholder model, and business case for change

Requirements

• 10+ years of combined experience in life sciences manufacturing, quality, or related enterprise software and consulting
• Direct working knowledge of batch disposition or release and the regulated manufacturing evidence and stakeholders behind the decision
• Experience translating manufacturing or quality processes into customer-facing software, consulting, implementation, or transformation programs
• Senior customer-facing experience in strategy, solution consulting, implementation advisory, enterprise software, or management consulting
• The judgment and presence to lead substantive conversations with Quality, Manufacturing, Qualified Person or release, IT, and executive stakeholders
• Working knowledge of SAP or another ERP platform and several of manufacturing execution, laboratory, quality, document, and integration systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex processes into clear recommendations and reusable field material
• Ability to travel within Europe and occasionally globally for customer meetings, internal workshops, and industry events

Nice to Have

• Direct responsibility for batch disposition, Qualified Person certification, or release-process ownership
• Experience with SAP Batch Release Hub, TrackWise, Veeva Vault Quality, or comparable manufacturing and quality platforms
• Relationships with European systems integrators, consultancies, advisory firms, or organizations such as ISPE; or experience with external or contract manufacturing networks where release evidence crosses company and system boundaries
