epunkt GmbH is seeking a Digital Project Lead to drive a major eQMS rollout in Vienna, coordinating with 20-25 stakeholders across internal teams and external partners.

You will own project scope, timelines, governance, and adoption, translating quality requirements into IT-enabled solutions and ensuring GxP-compliant delivery. This long-term role offers ongoing digital transformation opportunities with a dedicated IT team.

Qualifikationen

• Solid background and experience with QMS/eQMS, ideally implementing or upgrading systems.
• Proven project management experience with end-to-end scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/life sciences) is preferred.
• High-level IT understanding to discuss concepts with IT teams and translate between tech and business language.
• English language skills are required.

Your future role

In this long-term role, you will initally take the lead on a major eQMS implementation in Veeva, working across roughly 20-25 internal and external stakeholders. The program is planned for 12 months in two waves:.

• Full project ownership for the eQMS rollout in Veeva (planning, execution, governance, reporting).
• Stakeholder management across internal departments and external partners (implementation partner, Veeva).
• Coordination of business SME input and validation stream to ensure GxP-fit delivery.
• High-level alignment with IT on concepts, dependencies, and technical enablement.
• Drive adoption and change: translate quality requirements into a solution that teams can operate confidently.

After completing this focal project other digital transformation projects will already be waiting - you will also continue your role in a digital advisory capacity.

You offer

Must-have:

• Solid background and experience with QMS / eQMS - ideally implementing or upgrading Quality Management Systems.
• Proven project management experience - comfortable owning scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication end-to-end.
• Experience in regulated environments (ideally pharma/life sciences).
• High-level IT understanding: able to discuss concepts with IT teams and translate between technical and business language.
• English language skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Veeva experience is strongly preferred.
• Implementation background (partner steering, rollout planning, wave-based delivery) is a strong plus.
• German language skills.
• Broader digital transformation program experience beyond QMS.

Salary range
