Job summary

Qualifications

In this versatile role, you’ll ensure that our buildings, technical facilities, and outdoor areas remain safe, well-maintained, and in good working order.
Not only will you perform hands-on maintenance work yourself, but you’ll also coordinate with external contractors and serve as a key on-site contact person.

• Independent management, monitoring, and maintenance of buildings, technical systems, and outdoor areas
• Performing maintenance, inspection, and minor repair work

• Monitoring building services systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, and plumbing

• Performing winter maintenance and caring for green spaces and outdoor facilities

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training (EFZ), preferably in a trade or technical field
