- Planning, co-ordinating and supervising maintenance, servicing and repair work
- Monitoring external service providers and accepting completed work
- You will act as an effective communication hub for external and internal contacts.
- Co-ordinating refurbishments, conversions and modernisation projects
- Carrying out minor technical work and troubleshooting (hands-on tasks)
- Ideally, acting as a fire safety officer or safety specialist (or willingness to undertake training)
- Completed technical training (e.g. electrical engineering, HVAC, building services engineering, mechanical engineering, HTL or equivalent)
- You have an open personality and are a good communicator.
- Professional experience in facility management, building services or technical building management / property management is an advantage
- Knowledge of fire safety and/or training as a safety officer is an advantage
- High level of commitment, reliability and team spirit
- Organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple areas of responsibility efficiently
- Class B driving licence required
