Zusammenfassung

TECCON Group in Austria seeks an experienced maintenance professional to support calibration, maintenance planning and CMMS record-keeping. You will prepare tools and spare parts, coordinate permits and supervise maintenance work in regulated environments.

The role requires technical education in HVAC or related fields, practical maintenance experience, and good English. Flexible hours and remote work options are available within a dynamic, internationally oriented team.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education in HVAC, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or comparable discipline.
• Maintenance, calibration, or technical facility management experience in regulated industries.
• Sound knowledge of HVAC and technical building systems.
• GMP, GDP and HSE knowledge for regulated production environments.
• Experience with CMMS software.

Aufgaben

• Prepare tools, spare parts and equipment for maintenance and calibration.
• Identify required spare parts, maintain pick lists and ensure material availability for maintenance.
• Coordinate and obtain work permits for maintenance, calibration and project activities.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and calibration tasks per SOPs and GMP.
• Document work and maintain records in CMMS; ensure GMP-compliant documentation.

• Maintenance & Calibration: You prepare tools, spare parts, and equipment for maintenance and calibration activities.
• Spare Parts Management: You identify required spare parts, maintain pick lists, and ensure material availability for planned maintenance.
• Work Permits: You coordinate and obtain work permits for maintenance, calibration, and project activities.
• Maintenance Execution: You perform preventive and corrective maintenance as well as calibration tasks in accordance with SOPs, method statements, and GMP requirements.
• Technical Expertise: You act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and supervise maintenance and calibration work carried out by internal teams and external contractors.
• CMMS Documentation: You accurately document completed work and maintain maintenance records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Calibration Compliance: You ensure complete and GMP-compliant documentation of all calibration activities.
• Spare Parts Warehouse: You manage spare parts inventory, including goods receipt, incoming inspections, material distribution, and support for urgent repairs and continuous improvements.
• Quality & Compliance: You report technical complaints, deviations, adverse events, and special case scenarios in accordance with GMP and HSE requirements.
• Safety & Performance: You actively contribute to maintaining the highest safety standards, regulatory compliance, and site KPI targets.

• Technical Education: You have completed a technical education in HVAC, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable discipline.
• Maintenance Experience: You have practical experience in maintenance, calibration, or technical facility management, ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, or other regulated industries.
• HVAC Expertise: You possess sound knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and technical building systems.
• GMP & HSE Knowledge: You are familiar with GMP, GDP, and HSE requirements in regulated production environments.
• CMMS Experience: You have experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Technical Mindset: You demonstrate strong analytical skills, a structured working style, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Teamwork & Communication: You are a reliable team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Language Skills: You have a good command of English, both written and spoken.

The gross annual fulltime salary is at least EUR 57.000 but of course we offer overpayment in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
