Enery is seeking a diligent M&A intern to support acquisitions, debt and capital raises in Vienna, Austria. The role offers hands-on experience in financial modelling, due diligence, and market research within a growing renewable energy company.

The position requires an Economics/Finance Master's or equivalent, with strong academics and experience in investment banking, project finance, or consultancy preferred. English fluency is essential; collaboration across diverse teams is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master student or graduate in Economics or Finance with a track record of excellent academic performance.
• Previous experience in investment banking, project finance or consultancy is required.
• Experience in renewable power industry is advantageous but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint (financial modelling skills would be a plus).
• Fluency in English is essential (another European language would be advantageous).
• Flexible, open-minded and enthusiastic team player with an international mindset.

Responsabilités

• Support in preparing investment notes, financing teasers and other materials for project acquisitions.
• Active involvement in valuation, financial modelling and analysis of financial statements.
• Performing energy market research and acquisition targets’ analysis.
• Managing Q&A process and providing other support in due diligence processes
