Job summary

PER, a fast-growing renewable energy company headquartered in Vienna, Austria, seeks a Corporate Finance Associate to join its Vienna team. The role covers covenant reporting, financing, liquidity forecasting and financial planning within a scaling business.

The candidate will work with the Head of M&A and corporate financing, supporting financing activities, valuations and investor reporting, while collaborating with finance and other teams across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate finance, investment banking or advisory.
• Infrastructure or renewable energy experience.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Familiarity with covenant reporting, drawdown requests, LTV-based holdco facility, waiver requests, LC and RCF facilities.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to relocate to Vienna.

Responsibilities

• Manage covenant reporting and financing requirements
• Support drawdowns, waivers, LCs, RCFs and holdco facilities
• Build liquidity forecasts and financial models
• Support project valuations and financial planning
• Prepare bondholder and investor reporting
• Work closely with M&A, finance and other teams across the business
