To strengthen our growing transaction pipeline and analytical capabilities, Samira Advisors is looking to hire a highly motivated Intern to join our Vienna-based team.
During your internship, you will be supporting M&A and strategic advisory projects from early analysis through execution and closing.
This internship is offered in Q3 2026 (with some flexibility) and provides hands-on exposure to live M&A transactions.
Support existing and upcoming M&A transactions throughout the entire process, from kick-off to closing
Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations (industry analysis, strategic review, financial analysis)
Support the development of financial models for proposed M&A transactions
Assist with due diligence coordination and management
Support the preparation of sector research papers and other marketing initiatives
Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
We are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and curious individual with strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in corporate finance, technology, and venture-driven business models.
Is currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field
Has a solid academic foundation in corporate finance and accounting
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Is comfortable working with Excel and has a strong willingness to further develop financial modelling skills
Has gained initial exposure to corporate finance, consulting, startups, or the technology sector through coursework, projects, student initiatives, or internships
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English

Close and direct interaction with the management team
