Enery, a leading independent renewable energy provider, seeks an experienced finance professional in Vienna to build and manage complex financing models for corporate and portfolio transactions. You will support bond issuances, HoldCo debt facilities, and refinancings while preparing materials for investors and lenders.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years’ experience in investment banking, leveraged/project finance, corporate finance or a comparable transaction environment.
• Demonstrable experience in corporate financing transactions — bonds, HoldCo debt and RCFs.
• Advanced financial modelling skills, with the ability to independently build and operate corporate and portfolio financing models.
• Sector exposure to renewable energy or infrastructure.
• Strong command of credit metrics, capital structure and cash flow mechanics.
• Fluency in English; additional CEE languages an advantage.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving team.

• Build, operate and maintain corporate and portfolio-level financing models, including consolidated cash flow, debt capacity, covenant headroom and liquidity analysis.
• Support the structuring and execution of corporate financing transactions — bond issuance, HoldCo debt facilities, revolving credit facilities and refinancings.
• Prepare investor, rating agency and lender materials, including credit narratives and financial due diligence responses.
• Contribute to M&A and asset rotation processes: valuation, financial modelling and transaction support.
• Produce Board, Investment Committee and shareholder deliverables to an institutional standard.
• Work cross-functionally with legal, technical and asset management teams to translate deal terms into robust financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Statutory notice: In accordance with the Austrian collective agreement for employees in information and consulting, the minimum gross monthly salary for this full-time position (40 hours/week) is €2.534,74. Please note that this is a legal requirement. Still, your actual compensation will be based on your qualifications and professional experience, and we would be happy to discuss it with you personally.
