M&A & Debt Advisory Intern — Hands-On Infrastructure

Kommunalkredit Austria AG invites motivated interns to join the M&A and Debt Advisory team in a hands-on capacity, gaining experience in financial analysis, deal structuring, and client engagement. The role is geared toward those with strong MS Office skills and a keen interest in corporate finance and energy infrastructure across Europe.

The internship is open for up to 6 months, with a 38.5-hour work week and a monthly remuneration of 2,870 Euros gross.

Qualifikationen

• EU nationality or valid Germany work permit required.
• Advanced studies in Business Administration or Economics or related field.
• Flexible team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and MS Office proficiency (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
• Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English essential; German and CEE languages are a plus.
• Prior internships or similar experience is a plus.
• Interest in corporate finance and energy & infrastructure sectors.

Aufgaben

• Support the team in originating and executing buy-side and sell-side M&A and Debt Advisory mandates.
• Conduct market and industry analysis.
• Assist in preparing teasers, information memorandums, presentations, and financial models.
• Support in managing due diligence processes.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments, internal and external presentations, and reporting tasks.
