Qualifikationen

• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and curious with strong analytical skills.
• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field
• Solid academic foundation in corporate finance and accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with Excel and eager to develop financial modelling skills
• Exposure to corporate finance, consulting, startups, or tech through coursework or internships
• Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English

Aufgaben

• Support existing and upcoming M&A transactions from kick-off to closing
• Assist in preparing investment memoranda and presentations including industry, strategic and financial analysis
• Develop financial models for proposed M&A transactions
• Coordinate and assist with due diligence
• Prepare sector research papers and other marketing materials
• Contribute to strategic initiatives with internal/external stakeholders
