Qualifikationen

• University degree in Economics/Business Administration or Law (or equivalent).
• Min. 5 years of international corporate or asset financing experience.
• Knowledge of LMA standard loan documentation.
• Expertise in Excel-based financial models for credit risk assessment and stress testing.
• Strong interpersonal and team-work skills with analytical, pragmatic problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Actively manage a portfolio of international structured financings for infrastructure and energy transactions (first line of defense).
• Interact directly with senior management of borrowers, syndicate banks, facility agents, and external advisers.
• Contribute to cross-functional transaction teams to align propositions with bank appetite and portfolio parameters.
• Participate in annual credit reviews and Credit Committee meetings.
• Analyze finance contract amendments and waivers, obtaining internal approvals as needed.
• Monitor borrower performance and covenant compliance; manage reporting obligations.
• Attend bank meetings and site visits (mostly international).
