Qualifikationen

• EU nationality or valid work permit for Austria
• Advanced studies in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• Interpersonal skills: flexible team player
• Strong analytical abilities and MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluency in English; German/CEE languages are advantageous
• Internships or similar experience is a plus
• Availability up to 6 months starting January 2027

Aufgaben

• Support the team in originating and executing buy-side and sell-side M&A and Debt Advisory mandates
• Conduct market and industry analysis
• Assist in preparing transaction materials (teasers, information memorandums, management presentations, financial models)
• Support in managing due diligence processes
• Assist on ad-hoc assignments, presentations, and reporting/monitoring tasks
