Responsibilities

• Lead by example as an MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools.
• Maintain floor and stock presence.
• Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance.
• Use Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert to advise customers with passion and confidence.
• Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales.
