Job summary

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl invites applications for a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain guest rooms and public areas to Rosewood luxury standards. You will ensure impeccable cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort, contributing to memorable stays with care and discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or similar role in hospitality preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Service-oriented with a commitment to guest experiences.
• Basic English; German or other languages are an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and assigned areas in accordance with Rosewood standards and procedures.
• Ensure all guest rooms are presented impeccably, with attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
• Replenish guest amenities, linen, towels, and supplies as required.
• Inspect rooms to ensure all facilities, furnishings, and equipment meet quality standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost property in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special requirements.
• Maintain storerooms, housekeeping pantries, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping Supervisors and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle guest belongings with care, discretion, and professionalism.
• Ensure productivity and quality targets are achieved while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment that exceeds guest expectations.
